I am a first time trailer owner, sad to say i wish i wasn't. I recently purchased a little tent trailer / Generator/ Battery, basically so i can get my wife and 3 year old son into the mountains this summer, i tryed with a tent last year didn't really work out to well. So this year we took the jump, we shopped around did our research, maybe not enouph,,,,,. Decided to go to Rv.city leduc.....We saw one that we thought would make a good fit, we decided to purchase it. Had to go to rv city morinville to look ot over and get a training session on how to run everything, wich that is all it was, it wasnt a formal inpection in my opinion. In a way it was my fault i should of inspected every corner and nut and bolt on this unit , literally everything, my bad, i didn't realize this needs to be done on a brand new trailer.

Happy to be a trailer owner i sighned off on the trailer and proceeded to pull the trailer to it storage location on the other side of the city. The next day again i was stoked to finally be able to go open it up put in the generator and some chairs in . I brought a fellow tent trailer owner/friends to come check it out and show it off to be honest, and to my supprise he started pointing out faults with my brand new 2 day old unit.

Starting with a small 1 inch tare in the passenger side canvas

Plus the stiching on the same corner was torn and looks to be one of those tares that only going to get worse

2 of the bed slide out railes were bent and a peice of white track literally fell out when we pulled the slide out.

There was minor scratches where the bed support poles clip in, personally never really cared till my friends showed me his 2016 with a full camping season in did not even have them.

Worst of all in my eyes , my buddy pointed out that my battery was half way hanging of the side of my trailer, the only thing holding my over sized battery to the trailer was a tiny seat belt strap that was made for the lid of the battery box. The battery box was not mounted to the trailer what so ever. I purchasdd there largest battery this thing is heavy, if this came off on the anthoney henday.......eh huge saftey hazard, i told them they told me to put 2 self taping screws in....i guess,

Just to top it off it was missing a fan set that i thought we agreed on, key word set, now looking through the paper work it does say 1 fan light peice, so i guess we will deal with one, when it comes its still missing as of now.

Oh yes and the generator, my beautiful over priced generator, when i went to buy this trailer i wasnt going in to buy a generator i was assured i need one, so did some quick on the spot reading and sure enouph the yamaha generator they suggested was a trusted well reviewed generator so i said yes throw it in the deal........about a week later i went to the trailer to take the generator out and learn out to properly use it, upon further inspection i noticed scuffs and there was gas in it......Me being new to this i thought it was used, after some research, they have to test it before they sell it explains the gas, and i guess the scuff marks are semi normal to.......but the problem with this unit after doing some research is the price , 1275.00 is what i payed , what i can purchase it for at most other places is under 1000.00 , Argyll Motor Sports is selling for 778.00 right now, so i do feal like a have been soaked abit an Rv city employee asured me that they are not aloud to sell them that low, so i decided to call the other seller , and the told me thats absolutley ridiculouse and thats an outrageous price i payed.

So this is my first experience buying a trailer, i have been in contact with Jim, Leigh and now Rob....they said i will be getting a new canvas installed and rails for bed replaced, and 1 fan/light, no dates on when any of this will be done......sorry about the life storey here, but for new trailer owners hope this helps,,,,,to me this is and ongoing head ache..

Will update this reveiw when all said and done
